Service Description

***This package (any theme) can be used for an adult party, baby shower, grad party, dinner party, anniversary, bridal shower, etc.*** ***This package is suitable for 30-40 guests depending on the type of guest tables your venue supplies. You can additional tables up to 1-2 weeks before the event date*** ***3 hours needed for setup*** If you have more than 5 tables please allot for more setup time. Event duration is 3 hours. Each additional hour is $50 per hour. -Balloons -Treat Table or Pedestals -Custom Backdrop w/Curtains -Themed Décor & Props -Custom Food Menu -2 Dozen Treats -2 Dozen Favors -5 Guest Tables (fully decorated) additional tables are $85 each -1 Throne Chair (gold or silver) -1 Tablecloth for the Gift Table -Uplights ***Add-ons*** (Items that can be added) -Digital Invitation ($20) -Welcome Banner W/Picture -Custom Baby Shower Games Booklet ($2 each) -Soft Play/Recreation Area (refer to the Kid's Play Area tab) -Arch Backdrops ($200) -Treats/Favors ($40-$55 per dozen) -Floor Decal/Banner (depending on size) -Candy Cart ($150) -Throne Chair $100 (Kid Throne Chair $50) -Name Table (starting at $100) -LED name ($55 per letter) -Backdrop (refer to the Backdrop tab) If you add additional tables, you will need to add additional setup time. Please keep in mind, we do not supply the tables or chairs needed for your event. Typically the venue supplies such equipment. (Include set up time when booking your venue) Please enter your setup time as your start time upon booking your event. ***Example: Your event will start at 5pm and the total setup time is 3 hours, you would reserve your booking time for 2pm.
